2) Consultation Call: During our call, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on. I’ll share a bit more about my approach and what therapy (or an EMDR intensive) could look like for you. There’s no pressure—this is simply a space for you to explore your options and get a feel for what it’s like to work with me.
3) Next Steps: If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first session or intensive, complete intake paperwork, and start planning for your goals. From there, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
